The following items are eligible for returns:

  • Order was placed no more than 15 days ago

  • Must be shipped within the United States

  • International orders can be returned, customer has to cover shipping cost

  • Must be purchased from GETSIT

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and complete (gis must include gi bags)

  • Any stains or signs of use will void the return at customer's expense

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Orders that were placed more than 15 days ago

  • Items that have stains or signs of usage like deodorant spots or body odor

  • Items that are purchased from other retailers or distributors

Returning for a refund:

  • Refund goes back to original payment method

  • Original shipping cost does not get refunded

  • Return fee: cost of return label

Returning for a store credit:

  • Cost of item gets loaded onto a gift card

  • Original shipping cost does not get credited

  • Return fee: free

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item you will be issued a store credit once your return has been received and processed. That store credit does not expire and can be used towards any item .

Restocking fee:

We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging. If a returned item is received in any other way, you will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee.
